As you may know I port on sites that run into major issues re hacking attacks or just generally down. Mainstream sites like rte.ie and others that are hacked are openly discussed, generally. Though the rte outrage recently took a few days to filter through to the other media. Which was really bizarre.

Others like PlanetRomeo and those of a similar vein are not talked about by main media. By that I suggest the likes of the Times newspaper  and such. There are obvious issues particular to the aforementioned genre sites. Homophobia and lack of engagement. Look at Adam Lambeths boo haha recently and ABC canceling him after his performance at the American Music Awards.

So, the latest downed site =
The above site has  @ 4.5 milion visitors per day. They moved office a few weeks ago, are based in Canada. But for the past .. 2 days they have been down. As in offline. Must be serious as it’s a serious revenue earner.

It is in the top 1000 visited sites globally. No 147 or thereabouts in the States.

Speculation is swirling around the internet as to what has happened but nothing has been confirmed by anyone yet. ref Wikipedia (XTube utilises a wiki app)
Other sites that are being speculated about are Justin.tv (it would happen, tis too good a site),  OVGuide. OVGUIDE is down for the past week, seemingly is up and bouncing around. Thanks Mr. Web.
